Public research access does not require an account. Where Free Member access is enabled, a verified email supports identity, private report access, and account security only.
Free Member email
Member email is used for one-time verification, session security, private Workstation Member Center access, and necessary service messages. UIA does not collect a password, payment card, brokerage credential, or tax profile for this flow.
Private report upgrade
Full Report generation and private frozen snapshots are currently being upgraded. The planned product remains tied to a verified member and private server-session checks; it is not open yet.
Book-order email
Email may be used for the receipt, initial download link, download-link resend, and necessary order support.
No automatic marketing enrollment
Membership verification or a book purchase will not automatically enroll the user in unrelated or recurring marketing communication.
